At Reimagine Designs, we want you to love your home aesthetic as much as we do. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once inspected by our team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
